The story

Fabric does not disappear. It just stops being seen.

Clothes wear out. Offcuts pile up in workshops. Most of it is buried or burned, out of sight and out of mind, and the fibre in it is still perfectly good.

TexBrix began with one question: what if that material could be useful again, and beautiful? A brick is the oldest way we know to build something that lasts, so we started there.

Collected

Cloth waste is gathered before it reaches landfill: offcuts, and fabric that has worn out.

Reworked

The cloth is bound with an eco-friendly, non-toxic binder into a solid, modular brick. Every fleck of colour in the surface is a piece of its past.

Stacked

Bricks go up row over row in a running bond, to any size and any pattern you like.

Kept in use

A wall that stays in your home, instead of a material that leaves it.
